Yes, your ticket will be refunded if you arrive at the venue during the opening hours on Friday. Its more of a no-show fee than a regular ticket price.
You can cancel your order at any time and merchandise can be refunded according to our terms and conditions. Please have a look at our AGBs: https://www.baselhack.ch/terms-conditions.
The merch (t-shirts and pullovers) will be handed out directly at the venue on Friday November 1st (see: https://www.baselhack.ch/terms-conditions). If you cannot attend the BaselHack, please let us know. We will then find a solution together after the hackathon.
